TimeTrackingApp (the "Application") Harms Informatics L.L.C. ("Harms Informatics", "we", "us") Effective date: September 14, 2026
1. Scope
This agreement governs use of the Application, a private software integration operated by Harms Informatics for its own internal bookkeeping. The Application connects Harms Informatics' QuickBooks Online company file to software tools operated by Harms Informatics in order to record time entries.
The Application is not offered to the public. It is not listed on the QuickBooks App Store, is not sold or licensed to third parties, and has no users other than Harms Informatics personnel acting on behalf of the company.
2. License
Harms Informatics grants its own authorized personnel a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for recording and reviewing time entries in the Harms Informatics QuickBooks Online company. No other license is granted. No rights are granted to any other person or entity.
3. Restrictions
Users may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or make the Application available to anyone outside Harms Informatics; use it to access any QuickBooks Online company other than one owned by Harms Informatics; or use it in a way that violates Intuit's terms of service or applicable law.
4. Intuit and QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Online is a product of Intuit Inc. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms and policies. Harms Informatics is not affiliated with Intuit, and Intuit has no responsibility for the Application.
5. Ownership
The Application, including any configuration and source code created by Harms Informatics, is owned by Harms Informatics. Third-party open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Application is provided "as is" for internal use. Harms Informatics makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harms Informatics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application. Because the Application has no external users, no fees are charged and no consumer rights are affected.
8. Termination
Harms Informatics may suspend or terminate the Application, or any user's access to it, at any time. Termination revokes the license in Section 2. Sections 5 through 9 survive termination.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

TimeTrackingApp (the "Application") Harms Informatics L.L.C. ("Harms Informatics", "we", "us") Effective date: September 14, 2026
1. What the Application is
TimeTrackingApp is a private integration that Harms Informatics operates for its own bookkeeping. It authorizes software tools run by Harms Informatics to create and read time entries in the Harms Informatics QuickBooks Online company file. It has no public users, no sign-up, no website functionality, and no customers of its own.
2. Whose data is involved
The only QuickBooks Online company the Application connects to is owned by Harms Informatics. The only person who operates the Application is Harms Informatics personnel. The Application does not collect, receive, or process personal information from members of the public, from clients of Harms Informatics, or from any other third party.
3. What data the Application handles
To function, the Application handles the following, all of it belonging to Harms Informatics:
The OAuth credentials Intuit issues when the QuickBooks Online company is connected (client ID, client secret, access token, refresh token, and company ID). These are stored in a permission-restricted configuration file on a computer owned and controlled by Harms Informatics. They are not transmitted anywhere other than to Intuit's authorization and API endpoints.
Time entry data: dates, hours, service item, customer or project reference, billable status, hourly rate, and a short work description. This data is created by Harms Informatics and written to its own QuickBooks Online company. Customer and project names in these records are Harms Informatics' own bookkeeping records; no client personal information is required or intended to be included in work descriptions.
Read access to related QuickBooks Online records (customers, items, employees or vendors, existing time entries) needed to validate a time entry before it is written.
4. What the Application does not do
The Application does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers. It does not build profiles, sell or rent data, or share data with data brokers. It does not send marketing communications. It does not access QuickBooks Online payments, payroll, or banking functions. It does not collect data from any device or person other than the Harms Informatics operator using it.
5. Service providers
The Application relies on Intuit Inc. for QuickBooks Online and its API; Intuit's own privacy policy governs data held by Intuit. Time entries may be drafted with the help of an AI assistant service that Harms Informatics uses under a business agreement; the assistant sees the same time entry data described in Section 3 and nothing else from QuickBooks Online. No other service provider receives data from the Application.
6. Security
Credentials are stored locally with restricted file permissions and are never committed to source control or shared. Access tokens expire after one hour and refresh tokens rotate per Intuit's policy. Delete operations are disabled in the Application's configuration. Access to the operating computer is limited to Harms Informatics personnel.
7. Retention
Credentials are retained until the QuickBooks Online connection is revoked, at which point they are deleted. Time entries live in QuickBooks Online and are retained under Harms Informatics' normal bookkeeping and tax record-keeping practices.
8. Your rights
Because the Application processes no third-party personal information, there is no individual data to access, correct, or delete on request. Anyone who believes the Application has handled their personal information can contact us at the address below and we will investigate.
9. Changes
We may update this policy if the Application's function changes. The effective date above will be revised when we do.
